RE: 60 'How To' Tutorials For Massive Traffic Generation! (link inside...)
Here's a question...
How important is traffic?
Answer... it's everything.
No traffic = no sales.
Your site has a purpose and so does
your visitor. You now need to get the
right visitors to your site, so they'll
stay on your page, sign up, click your
affiliate link, or buy your product.
That's the only way you'll turn a
profit.
It's safe to say that traffic is the
lifeblood of your business and without
it your site will be like a ghost town.
The problem however is that getting
traffic requires a different
skillset... and is one of the BIGGEST
stumbling blocks beginners face.
This is why we've put together a
massive traffic course together with 60
tutorials.

NOT the issue.
However sales can only ever occur if
the offer CONVERTS. And the only way
that can ever happen is if you work on
your conversion rate.
Afterall, what is the purpose of
generating traffic in the first
place?... To make a sale. And that's
what today's special report is all
about.
Inside we'll uncover 22 simple
conversion tricks you can apply in your
business... everything from your sales
copy, to your actual offer, to how your

* Providing a clear value proposition
* Using social proof as evidence
* How to present a clear USP (unqiue selling propsition)
* How to use testimonials and case studies effectively
* Honesty and integrity vs sales and hype
* How to semi-automate your customer service
* Split-testing and what to split-test exactly

For the past few days you've heard me
go on and on about the importance of
traffic... and I simply can't stress it
enough.
When I coach students, it becomes clear
to me that it's one of the most common
things they avoid doing because
tweaking their website and playing
around with some HTML code gives the
illusion that it brings in sales.
Here's the thing...
Yes you can ignore this message
completely... and decide that you'll
get traffic when you're ready for it,
but you'll end up putting it off for
later and wonder why you're not making
any sales...
Yes you can re-work your product,
redesign your graphics, re-word your
sales copy, gather more testimonials,
write more product reviews, set up more
websites... but if you don't know how
to get traffic you won't be making any
sales... and won't see the results of
your hard work... and possibly get
discouraged from running an online
business altogether... and that's the
last thing you want.
That's why it's important to take
action NOW... whilst it's still fresh
in your mind and whilst you still
understanding the importance of
traffic.

Lesson #1 - Traffic Explained In Simple Terms...
SUBJECT: Lesson #1 - Traffic Explained In Simple Terms...
{!firstname_fix}
Traffic really is the most important thing for your Internet
business. If you have no traffic to your website, then you have
no business. It doesn’t matter how exciting or groundbreaking or
incredible your website is, without traffic it is worthless.
Imagine if you were to open a shop offline; a bricks and mortar
business.
Would you open it in a place where you knew very few people
passed by?
Of course you wouldn’t. It would be committing commercial
suicide if you did!
Offline businesses thrive on passing traffic seeing the shop and
coming in. Your website is the same; it needs traffic and people
seeing the website in order for it to make money.
Generating sustainable website traffic is one of the main keys
to succeeding as an Internet Marketer. If you can’t generate
this traffic, then you are going to struggle to make money
online.
The key is to make the traffic sustainable so that every day of
every week of every month you get people coming to your website.
Of course, there will be seasonal downturns such as Christmas,
Thanksgiving and other holidays where people are not near their
computers.
Of course, having any random Joe visiting your website isn’t the
ideal situation. What you really want is targeted traffic. That
is, people who are interested in your subject matter. This makes
it much easier for you to sell to them from your website.
If you can crack the key to sustainable, targeted traffic, then
you have a very good chance of making it online. Naturally, this
is providing you can produce products that are in demand and
sell.
This course is designed to help you to crack this key and
generate sustainable, targeted traffic to your websites.
The success of it relies upon you though. You can watch this
course a hundred times, but if you don’t take any action on what
you learn form it then you won’t generate the traffic.
I will urge you to take action and implement what you are
learning in this course because it will help to make sure you
succeed online. The majority of marketers who fail online are
those who do not take action.
The techniques in this course can help you to ride high in the
search engines, but ONLY if you implement them. The course is
presented in a very easy to understand manner and has a lot of
information in it, so you may want to take notes as you watch
the videos.
Remember, the key to success is within you – you can succeed
online, all it takes is action!

Lesson #2 - Getting Traffic With Article Marketing
SUBJECT: Lesson #2 - Getting Traffic With Article Marketing
{!firstname_fix}
Article marketing is one of the most effective methods of
traffic generation. Having been around since the dawn of
Internet Marketing, it is often ignored by new marketers in
favor of new whiz bang techniques. Article marketing still works
and is still very effective, if done correctly.
B.G. (Before Google) all you had to do was post an article with
a link to your website on an article directory and you’d be
right at the top of the search engines. As Internet Marketers
worked out this was a good method of dominating the search
engines, so the search engines changed their rules.
Now it is a constant battle between marketers and search engines
to stay ahead of each other.
The principle of article marketing still applies – you write and
article with a resource box and submit it to an article
directory, which benefits you in two ways:
Firstly, you get backlinks to your website, which helps you rank
higher in the search engines.
And secondly, you get traffic from the search engines themselves.
There are hundreds of article directories on the Internet that
you could submit to. In a moment, we’ll talk about them
directory.
Before that, let’s just cover how to write a good article.
The first step in writing an article is to know which keywords
you are targeting in that article. You need to pick three or
four keywords for your article. You don’t want too few as you
don’t want to “keyword stuff” and you don’t want too many as you
don’t want to dilute the power of your keywords. Your keywords
are how your website is found in the search engines by your
potential customers.
Most article directories require 400 to 500 words for an
article. Ezine articles requires only 250 words. Don’t write an
essay – if your article is getting too long, then split it into
a number of different articles or tell people to come to your
website for the rest in you bio box.
It is vital that your article is written for humans to read and
not machines. Too many people write articles for the search
engines and forget that the search engines don’t have credit
cards!
Include your keyword in the title and then at least once in each
paragraph. Don’t go overboard – mentioning your keyword every
other word will not do you any favors as that is keyword
stuffing and not appreciated by the better search engines.
Your article needs to be informative, interesting and contain
information that establishes you as an authority on your subject
area. Write articles with titles like “5 tips to …” or “10 ways
to …” or “The secrets of …”
These sort of titles really grab attention and pull people in to
read them. You need to be experimenting with different article
titles and notice which bring you the most traffic.
As a last step, you need to create a resource box. This is the
box at the bottom of the article that says “click here for more
info” but in a far more profit pulling way. Check with the
individual article directories for their resource box
requirements, they vary significantly.
Your resource box is designed to make people click through to
your website and so needs to be well thought out and well
written. Test different resource boxes to see which gets you the
best click through rates. This can make the difference between a
mediocre article and a highly profitable one.
Your resource box needs to include some of your keywords as
hyperlinks back to your website. This will help your website
rank higher in the search engines for those keywords. Here’s an
example of a resource box that got a 25% higher click through
rate.

(don't forget to add the https://www. in the links)
There are two possible strategies for article marketing and
which you choose is entirely up to you. I would recommend that
you test both methods and decide which is the best for you. Both
have their benefits and both have their drawbacks.
The first method is to submit a unique article to each directory
you use. This would mean you need to rewrite or spin all of your
articles to make a unique copy for each directory, which could
take some time or cost some money.
Whilst this can take some work, it can be very rewarding,
particularly if you also change your resource box. Search
engines are having a love affair with unique content and if each
article is unique then you will get much more love from the
search engines.
Submitting the articles will take longer and is more labor
intensive, but it is much better for you in the search engines.
You can hire someone to do it for you at somewhere like
www.rentacoder.com or www.elance.com or do it yourself.
The second method is the one most marketers use. They submit the
same article to every directory. This is quicker, cheaper and
allows you to use automated software. You may get affected by a
duplicate content penalty though, which means only one article
is actually listed in the search engines whilst the rest are
banished to the supplemental listings.
There is a third method which is becoming very popular, and this
is just submitting your article to www.EzineArticles.com. This
is because they are one of the largest directories and are well
known for not only providing high quality articles (they are
very strict about what they accept) but are also much loved by
Google. You get good reports on the performance of your articles
and can get a lot of traffic too.
Test the three different methods to find which is best for your
available time and budget, but at a minimum, submit your
articles to EzineArticles.
The method you will choose is entirely up to you – it depends on
your budget and available time.
However, don’t think for a moment that article marketing is dead
and buried. There are people making thousands of dollars a month
from article marketing. It is still incredibly effective and is
one of the many strategies you need to be using in order to rank
high in the search engines.

Lesson #3 - Getting Traffic With Social Networking
SUBJECT: Lesson #3 - Getting Traffic With Social Networking
{!firstname_fix}
Social networking is taking the world by storm at the moment,
with everyone from Sony to Microsoft and IBM leaping on the
social networking bandwagon. Sony have introduced the online
social networking site for Playstation 3 owners. Microsoft have
a similar platform for X-Box owners and IBM have one focused on
businesses. Even Nintendo have introduced a social network for
owners of the WII. This illustrates the importance being put on
social networking – these companies are spending millions of
dollars on this technology.
Social networking is an incredible marketing resource and one
that you can tap in to. You may not be spending millions
developing a social network, but you can use some of the many
social networks listed in Appendix B to generate business and
establish yourself as an expert.
Before we start discussing social networking, let me warn you
against spreading yourself too thin. The temptation is to jump
in and get involved with many of the social networking sites,
but you will struggle to do much with any of them.
If you are going to use social networking (which you should)
then you must use it properly. Pick no more than three social
networks to get involved with for your business. You will find
that they take a lot of time to use properly and if you are
trying to use too many social networks then you will struggle to
do any actual work on your business and spend all your time
networking.
I would also recommend separating out your business and personal
social network accounts. You will quickly build up thousands of
friends on your business account and you will find that any
information from your personal friends will be lost in the noise
from all your marketing friends. Plus, you don’t want your
personal friends to constantly be receiving your marketing
messages.
These two points of advice will help you to enjoy social
networking and get a lot out of it.
Now, how do you use social networking effectively?
Your first mission is to get lots of friends added. The easiest
way to do this is to look up one or two of the big marketing
names and start adding people from their friends list to yours.
Most social network sites have a limit to how many friends you
can add in a day, so this will be an ongoing project. Once you
get up to a certain number of friends, you will find that people
will start to add you because they are finding you online.
You need to create a group, or groups, on the social networking
site relating to your interest / niche and actively promote them
and work with them. Keep the group active, write lots there,
encourage other people to post and join in and mail them often.
You can get a lot of highly targeted leads this way. If you are
in any doubt, join a couple of the groups that you are getting
messages for and see how they operate.
Keep an eye on people’s statuses and messages on your social
networking site too. It is possible to make some very valuable
contacts just by seeing someone post they have a problem and
offering to help them solve it or providing feedback on their
website or something similar.
It is very easy to get sucked into any social networking site
and lose yourself in it. It is important you keep your focus on
why you are there and remember to keep working on your business.
I know marketers who have spent weeks playing with Facebook and
let their business fall to pieces, so watch out!
Social networking is an excellent way to meet people and make
contacts with other people in your niche or other marketers. It
can take a lot of work so be aware that you may have to
outsource other forms of traffic generation for you to focus on
this.

Lesson #4 - Getting Traffic With Social Bookmarking
SUBJECT: Lesson #4 - Getting Traffic With Social Bookmarking
{!firstname_fix}
Social bookmarking is similar to social networking except the
emphasis is on sharing sites of interest rather than networking.
The boundaries between social bookmarking and social networking
is starting to blur as bookmarking sites introduce networking
features, and vice versa.
Some of the big social bookmarking sites are:
• StumbleUpon.com
• Digg.com
• Del.icio.us
• And so on
These are all sites where you share sites of interest and other
people will vote on them and visit them.
The emphasis is on “sites of interest” with these sites. If you
bookmark a sales letter then it’s not going to do very well as
most people will not find this very interesting. Instead, what
you need to do is bookmark a site of interest which then leads
to the sales letter, e.g. a Squidoo lens, a Hubpage, your own
website, etc.
Typically anything that does well on the big social bookmarking
sites tends to be slightly (or very) controversial (but not
offensive to the majority) and topical in some way, i.e. related
to the news of the day.
This means that if you want your sites to do well within social
bookmarking sites then you need to give your information a spin
that makes it topical and challenge the status quo or provide
information where people say, “Well, I didn’t know that!”.
Social bookmarking works by people voting / Digg’ing or whatever
your article which means it appears more often towards the top
of the social bookmarking list and will get you much more
traffic. You can get thousands of visitors a day from a well
written article on somewhere like Digg or Stumbleupon.
However, you don’t need to worry massively about this because no
matter where your site sits in the social bookmarking site it
will still be bookmarked by the search engines and help your
rankings.
Though please be aware that some of the social bookmarking sites
allows people to bury news / sites they don’t like, which will
mean they don’t appear in the listings and the search engines
may not find them.
I would strongly recommend outsourcing social bookmarking to a
third party. If you visit forums.digitalpoint.com then you can
find someone who will do social bookmarking for you for just a
few dollars.
Social bookmarking is a very effective way to help give you a
boost in the search engines, and if done properly, can bring you
thousands of people to your website in a day.

Lesson #5 - Getting Traffic With Viral Marketing
SUBJECT: Lesson #5 - Getting Traffic With Viral Marketing
{!firstname_fix}
Viral marketing is another very, very effective way to get
traffic, and one that people don’t seem to use as much these
days as they used to in the past. It is still very effective and
will send you a lot of good quality traffic.
A viral product is one that people pass on to their friends. The
product has your links and information in promoting your
websites and driving traffic to them.
A well written viral product can send thousands of visitors to
your website a day and can continue to send visitors to you for
months on end.
The key to succeeding with viral marketing is to make something
that people want to pass on to their friends. This means it
needs to be funny, informative or useful, or any combination of
these.
It also needs to be easy to pass on. Don’t make your visitors
have to jump through hoops in order to send your viral product
on. Make it as easy as clicking a button and they will send it
on and your product will go viral.
There are viral products that make you fill in forms, provide
email addresses and generally mess you around before you can
send on the viral product. These are the products that fail.
People are busy and don’t want to have to click through lots of
screens in order to send something on to their friends.
Think about things that you have passed on to your friends in
the past. How easy were they to send on and why did you send
them on? This will give you an insight into the viral product.
If the product can be made brandable, i.e. filled with the
affiliate links of the person sending it on, then you will be
even more successful because they will try to distribute your
product far and wide because they can earn from it.
One of the best examples of a viral product is SEO Made Easy. I
am sure you’ve seen a copy of it in your travels online, but if
not you can find it from a quick Google.
This was a massive book, over 120 pages, which was freely
available. Anyone could get hold of it and give it to anyone
they wanted for no fee. You could also brand the book with your
affiliate link and earn from any sales made from the product.
All of these was done very easily with a couple of mouse clicks
and no trouble for you.
The book itself was an incredible tome about SEO and was for a
long time considered a definitive work on search engine
optimization. It told you how to optimize your site for the
search engines manually and then demonstrated a software tool
that automated most of it for you.
It was a very effective viral product and for years every new
marketer would own a copy of it and promote it to their list or
use it in a giveaway.
This is an example of a very effective viral marketing product.
There are a lot more examples, just have a look around and you
will see them. Facebook is another excellent example of viral
marketing – look at the applications and how they almost force
you to promote them virally!

Lesson #6 - Getting Affiliate Traffic
SUBJECT: Lesson #6 - Getting Affiliate Traffic
{!firstname_fix}
Affiliates are a source of traffic that is often forgotten about
by most marketers. They see affiliates as people who sell their
products and forget they are people who also send you traffic.
Affiliates can be an excellent source of traffic, with some
marketers getting 75% or more of their traffic from affiliates.
In order to attract affiliates, you need to:
• Pay a good commission
There are a lot of products out there demanding an affiliate
attention. If you are paying a pittance as a commission then you
will struggle to attract any good affiliates to promote your
product.
The minimum you must offer is $10, and if you can offer more,
then that is even better.
If your product is under $10 then you are going to struggle to
offer a percentage of commission and attract good affiliates. In
these situations, you are going to need to look at paying 100%
commission and possibly even a commission on any one time offers.
The more you offer as a commission, the more motivated your
affiliates will be. Think about it; what would you work harder
to promote, a product that earns you $7 per sale or a product
that earns you $50 per sale?
The latter, of course, but do not think that low value products
are useless – they have a very good place in the market and used
wisely can be a good source of income.
• Provide resources
Affiliates have a lot of programs to choose from. Programs that
offer pre-written emails, adverts, advertising banners, viral
products and so on are going to attract many more affiliates
than those that offer nothing.
The easier you make it to promote your product by providing
affiliate resources, then the easier you make it for your
affiliates to sell your products for you.
As a minimum you want to provide a half dozen or so graphic
banners / adverts of various sizes, some promotional emails, and
some Adwords adverts. If you can provide more resources, then
you are going to help your affiliates even more.
• Produce a product that sells
If your sales letter is not converting, then affiliates will not
want to promote your product. If they do pick it up and start
promoting it, they will drop it quickly when they realise that
it isn’t selling.
It is up to you, as the product owner, to ensure that you have
the best converting sales letter you can. If you can, advertise
the conversion rate to your affiliates so they know what to
expect.
• Pay frequently
There was an affiliate program I joined and promoted the product
that was great – it was a fantastic product and really worked,
but … they only paid affiliate commissions 90 days after the
sale was made!
Who wants to wait 90 days to get their money?
Would you be happy if your job paid you 90 days after you did
the work?
Of course you wouldn’t. This is why instant commission
promotions are very popular at the moment – there is no waiting
to get paid.
Make sure your affiliates are paid frequently. Make it a minimum
of monthly, ideally weekly, though if you can offer instant
commissions then you will do even better.
• Interact with your affiliates
Your affiliates should be treated like gold dust – the good ones
can make you a fortune without you ever lifting a finger to
generate traffic! If you can be at the forefront of their minds
then they are always going to remember to promote your products.
This means you need to communicate with them regularly. Have
regular training sessions or send out a regular newsletter to
your affiliates. Give them notice of new products, get their
input or even allow them to promote your products before they go
live to the public to give them a real special advantage.
Communication is the key and if you can communicate with your
affiliates and keep yourself in their mind then they will work
harder to promote your products for you.
These are some of the best ways to work with your affiliates in
order to get them to send you traffic. Done well, affiliates
could count for 75% or more of your traffic. It’s worth spending
your time to get this part right.

Lesson #7 - Getting Traffic From SEO Optimization
SUBJECT: Lesson #7 - Getting Traffic From SEO Optimization
{!firstname_fix}
So far in this course, we’ve talked about what is known as
off-page optimization, i.e. SEO on pages other than your own
website. In this section, you are going to learn about on-page
SEO and how to apply it to your website. A lot of these
techniques are very simple and are often missed by some
marketers. They can make the difference between a number 1 and a
number 2 ranking in the search engines.
The first thing to do is ensure that every page can be found by
the search engines, i.e. make sure each of your web pages is
linked to from another. Sounds simple, but if a search engine
spider can’t find your page, it won’t appear in the listings.
Make sure your meta-tags are correct, i.e. your page title and
description tags need to describe the content of each page. They
need to be unique for each page within your website.
Use header tags within your page using keywords to describe the
content. This will tell the search engines these keywords are
important and related to your content.
Make all of your URLs search engine friendly, i.e. instead of
having page555.html have a URL of
on-page_search_engine_optimization.html which is much more
descriptive. This will help the search engines (and people) know
what is on your website.
This also applies to the images on your website. Give them
descriptive names rather than random letter/number combinations.
Also, use ALT tags for your images containing your keyword and a
word like graphic, image, picture or so on.
If you can, get your keyword in your domain name. This really
helps in the search engines and can get you above your
competitors.
One of the biggest things the search engines love is unique
content. If you can ensure that all of your pages are unique
content then you will receive a lot of love from the search
engines, particularly if you can regularly provide new content
to your website.
SEO is not one single action or task, it is a combination of
many factors and something that has to be continually done.
There are always new websites coming online and people promoting
their websites and so you need to stay ahead of the game and
keep promoting your website.
Regularly monitor your search engine rankings and make sure your
website doesn’t start to slide down the rankings. If it does,
then you need to start doing some more on and off page SEO.
